For Sleep Disorder Patients
ZzzInsights is a research organization dedicated to elevating the voices of people living with sleep disorders and building a community for shared learning.
Our goal is simple: To ensure the experiences of people with Narcolepsy, Idiopathic Hypersomnia, Insomnia and other sleep disorders are heard and used to shape the future of sleep medicine.
Who can join?
ZzzInsights welcomes people who have been diagnosed or are in the process of getting diagnosed with a sleep disorder.
Some research opportunities may target specific conditions or characteristics, but everyone’s experiences are valuable.
Compensated Research Opportunities
As they become available, you will receive invitations to paid research surveys and discussions where your experience can directly inform sleep disorder research.
You may also be invited to non-paid opportunities to share your experiences and opinions, or try new tools.
Participation is always voluntary - choose the activities you find interesting and valuable.
Access to Community Insights
With rare disorders, sometimes the greatest comfort is simply knowing you are not alone — at ZzzInsights, we don't just collect information about patient experiences, we share it with our community.
Our experts analyze the community's collective input giving you insight into how others navigate their sleep disorders and the approaches they use to improve quality of life.
As we learn more, you learn more.

We’re still growing the ZzzInsights community, so invitations may take a little time.
The more members that join, the sooner we can offer opportunities, so don’t hesitate to invite friends who might want to be part of the community, too!
Joining ZzzInsights does not guarantee payment, but members may be invited to paid research opportunities as they become available.
In addition, there will also be voluntary, unpaid opportunities for members to share experiences and help generate insights that benefit the ZzzInsights community.

Connecting you with research opportunities relevant to your experiences
Creating community insights — your personal details are never shared, and all findings are based on aggregated community data
