About Our Founder

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked in pharmaceutical and healthcare market research, driven by a deep curiosity about health and wellness, and — most importantly — how people actually experience their conditions in daily life. Throughout my career, I’ve listened to patients, identified patterns and translated real-world experience into actionable insight for the brands I’ve supported.

What makes my perspective different — and what inspired ZzzInsights — is that I’m not only the researcher. I’m also the patient.

My own journey to a Narcolepsy diagnosis was long and frustrating. For over a decade, I moved from one healthcare professional to another, searching for answers and feeling like progress was impossible. And like many people living with a sleep disorder, diagnosis was only the beginning. Achieving meaningful improvements in quality of life requires ongoing trial, adjustment and persistence.

ZzzInsights was built at the intersection of professional expertise and personal experience. I understand the science, the healthcare system and the data — but more importantly, I understand what it means to live with a sleep disorder.

Our mission is to to ensure that patients living with sleep disorders — the real experts — are at the heart of sleep medicine innovation, sharing insights that help both our community and the industry learn together.
